Our Lawn Care service is for customers that want season long care. Cuts are usually done every 7 to 10 days, depending on the amount of watering that occurs (naturally or sprinkler). We don’t cater to one time calls or sporadic cuts (once every two or three weeks). Any Dog poop must be removed by the owner prior to our arrival. We have a dedicated route that converses throughout Cochrane usually on the same day each week. Invoices are sent at the months end, as customers are charged per cut.
Regular Weekly Cuts starting at $50 / cut.
Our snow clearing service is for customers that want season long care. Season starts November and ends at the end of March. We do not do On Call Service. We will show up within 24 hours after the last snow flake drops. Therefore, if it snows at 2 am and stops at 2pm, will be be there before 2pm the next day. We are usually out first thing in the morning (within noise bylaws). In the event snow continues throughout the morning and into the afternoon, we will await until it stops. We have a dedicated route and to be fair one snowfall we will start at Customer A and finish at Customer Z. The next snowfall Customer Z is first with Customer A being last. We can not compete with your next door neighbor that’s out clearing snow while it is still falling. Priority Prompt Service is for Commercial Clients that have a Commercial Invoice price reflecting this service. That being said, customers are billed a Flat Monthly Rate that is billed at the Start of each Month.
Snow Removal Rate – November 1st to March 31st starting at $225 per home.

We also accept cheques, as long as they don’t bounce from here to Montana.
Naturally, cash is smiled upon.
Most of our work is here in Cochrane. We have done larger projects in Bragg Creek, Redwood Meadows, Bottrel, Bearspaw, Cremona and Water Valley.
Yes we are insured and covered by both WCB Alberta and Intact Commercial Insurance Policy. We are Registered and License for the town of Cochrane and Rocky View County.
